Steven provides clients with a ‘one-stop-shop’ approach. He leads a team of other professionals including engineers and consultants to ensure a successful outcome. Steven will prepare your working drawings and will assemble all the other documents required for the necessary approvals and construction. He works with the Certifier to gain the building approval while also managing the Tender process on behalf of the client.
